Bruce Howard is employed by the Department of Agriculture's Division of Agricultural Economics and Marketing. He has been seconded by the Animal Health Division to provide financial management and planning advice for stations involved in the Brucellosis and Tuberculosis Eradication Campaign (BTEC).
