The Executive Summary provides some brief detail on the background of the Alkaloam Project. It also provides concise explanations, without using technical terms, of the major outcomes of the research and monitoring programmes of the project since 1995.This section may be of particular use to readers such as local landholders as it does not assume any prior scientific knowledge. Later sections describe results in more depth.
