Comments
"Results from integrated surveillance and monitoring program conducted in the port zones (Albany, Geraldton, Esperance and Kwinana) of the Western Australia grainbelt from DPIRD staff visits in 2024. Datasets are on endemic disease surveillance of commercial crops (structured and ad hoc), trial site and NVT site visits and exotic disease surveillance for high-priority pathogens (HPP) to report absence.
Adhoc data includes GPS location, date, crop type, crop growth stage, diseases present, absence of HPP. Structured data includes random stratified surveys in commercial cropping paddocks or experimental sites for the incidence and severity of endemic foliar diseases of cereals (wheat, barley oat), canola and pulses (lupin, chickpea, field pea, lentil, faba bean) taken from a minimum of 20 plants at each site. Data includes GPS location, date, crop type and growth stage, incidence and severeity of diseases present and absence of HPP.
