Description

This State ofFisheries document is designed to be used as an adjunct to the Annual Report. This year is the first year that this document has been presented in this format. It is envisaged that the State of Fisheries document will be an annual report giving specific details on all fisheries of major importance to the commercial, recreational and aquaculture sectors of Western Australia. The State ofFisheries contains details such as landings, effort, catch rates, stock assessment, breeding stock levels and catch forecasts where possible. The data in this document are of the last full year (12 months) available to the Department as at 30 June 1995.
