Abstract
Minimum tillage trials 1977. Locations: Wongan Hills R.S., Avondale, Merredin, Mt. Barker, Esperance. Sites: At each station two sites were used, the first was under crop in 1976 and the trial will be repeated each year on the same area. The second site was under pasture in 1976 and was due to be cropped in 1977 as part of the normal district practice. The trials will be planted on a similar pasture site in 1978. Results. Apart from crop yields, weed counts (before spraying) and crop plant numbers were taken. Other measurements were made by various research officers and reported elsewhere.
