Abstract
Dietary conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) have been shown to decrease body fat content of individually-housed gilts (Ostrowska et al., 1999) but little is known about the responses under commercial conditions. Therefore, the aim of these studies was to examine the effect of dietary CLA on growth performance and backfat thickness in boars and guts housed under commercial conditions.
