Abstract
THE commercial varieties of pears grown in Western Australia consist of Bartletts (W.B.C.), Packhams, Kieffers, Josephine, Cornice, Beurre Bosc, and Winter Nelis. The annual production of pears (approximating to 130,000 bushels) is relatively small compared with that of other fruits.
