Abstract

The majority of people both at home and abroad prefer eggs which have golden coloured yolks. Because of their bright yolks, eggs produced on farms where green feed is fed are strongly favoured by Australians and it is felt that local egg sales would increase if only eggs with golden-coloured yolks were offered to the public.
