Abstract
"I live at Armadale and I'd like to send a case of home-grown apples to my niece in Bruce Rock. Is this permitted?" That is the sort of question that officers of the Horticultural Division are asked many times every year. Most people are aware that there are certain restrictions on the movement of fruit in this State, but they only have a hazy idea of the details.
