Abstract
Earthen ware "hot-pots" are now available in Perth stores. They are priced at 2s. lid. for the smallest size and are available in a wide range of sizes. A hot-pot stew is very easily made and requires little preparation while any casserole dish may be cooked in the hot-pot.
