Abstract
This paper describes the issues in and outlines a proposal for management of the beach seine fishery between Tim's thicket and Cape Beaufort on the south coast. It also proposes management measures for the fishery utilising small mesh gill nets and hand hauled seine nets in the area inside of the 10 metre depth contour.
