Abstract

The Ministerial Policy Guidelines were drafted by a working group appointed by the Minister for Fisheries, the Hon Monty House MLA. The Minister has now determined these Guidelines and issued them to the Department to help decide applications and similar matters relating to the licensing of rock lobster processors in Western Australia.
